About Renee

A native Georgian, born in Rome, Renee Keener is a twenty plus year resident of Carrollton, Georgia.

She has served as President and Secretary of the Dawnbreaker’s Rotary Club, and is a member of the Carroll, Rome, Douglas and Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Renee is a certified member of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and Co Chairman of the local chapter of the Women’s Business Alliance. She was also elected in April, 2009 for a two year term to the Board of Directors for NAID, the National Association for Information Destruction.

A member of Midway Macedonia Baptist Church, an equestrian in her leisure time, she also enjoys golf and tennis.

American Document Securities, Inc. began as a subsidiary of MontCo, Inc.  Established in 1990, MontCo, Inc. is a paper converting corporation with two locations. Corporate headquarters are in Carrollton, Georgia , with the second location in Ft Worth, Texas. As one of two founders and stockholders of MontCo, Inc., she serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Her background has given MontCo the strength in leadership and financial stability all small companies need for good direction.

The experience of growing MontCo, Inc. for over a decade, gave her the knowledge and wisdom she needed to establish another new company. As owner of American Document Securities, Inc., Renee serves as President and CEO. Established on September 11, 2001, her company was born in the midst of the creation of a new era for America – hence the name American Document Securities.

In October of 2004, ADS achieved a goal to become a Certified Woman Owned Business. Renee submitted her company to the Georgia Women’s Business Council for the coveted approval and certification process in the Spring of 2004. GWBC awarded her the honor as she met the very critical criteria for certification.

The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce chose Renee as their first recipient of the Carroll County Entrepreneur of the Year award in November, 2006.

American Document Securities, Inc. is also a proud member of NAID, the National Association for Information Destruction, an international trade association which sets the standards and ethics of its member companies. ADS became a AAA Certified member of NAID in March, 2009.
